This is a top quality apartment.
- The rooms are perfectly sized for a family.
- 2 bathrooms will provide a lot of space and you can safe a lot of time.
- The kitchen is super nice and got everything what you need.
- There's air conditioning in every room.
- Private Parking space
The Area
- Top quality Bakery and Restaurants in 5min walking distance
- The Town is reachable in 10min or less depends on how quick you walk.
- Super cute town and a lot of good restaurants and nice beaches.
I recommend this for families with a car.
- The Balcony could use a small table and one or two chairs
- There could be a manual or booklet to make it easier to understand certain things like garbage
- A booklet with recommendations what to do in the area
those points will not take anything away from a perfect rating. It just would make it a 10+

Nuova, molto bella e ben tenuta. Tutto perfettamente funzionante, aria condizionata, tende da sole elettriche, elettrodomestici nuovissimi , posto auto incluso
Tutto benissimo
