Uhuburg Castle

There's some places you never want to leave and then some you actually have to be dragged away from because you could stay forever. This was one where we could have stayed forever. Took well over 300 photos and enjoyed every moment! An outstanding and remarkable place to see and stay in! The service was excellent! Ashley met us at the gate and showed us to our room giving us a brief tour of the property which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, very well prepared and served! The room was extrordinary.... just beautiful. It was very accommodating! The Dutchess suite had two full bathrooms a kitchenette with stove, fridge and freezer. Queen bed, dinning area and side and rear entry doors. The views were breath taking. The location is very close to Main Street in Helen. If you are able and looking into this stay just book it! You only live once and trust me you don't want to miss this if you have an opportunity to visit here! The owner was there to allow us to ask questions and learn more about the property he constructed. He, his family, and the staff there work hard and do an excellent job with everything. Can not say enough on how much we loved our stay and that we are so greatful for the experience.

Absolutely nothing.

Location was gorgeous and very quiet. The place is very clean and the staff including the owners, were absolutely incredible! It was such an unique experience and walking the grounds was very relaxing. It's not very far from Helen GA, were you will find many stores and restaurants in the cute Bavarian themed town!

the mattress was like concrete ( owner made aware) and the breakfasts could have been better.

Beautiful grounds, private experience, 360 blue ridge mountain views

The Staff was excellent and meet all our needs. The grounds were amazing and beautiful. Bob the owner was a great inspiration and fun to talk to. It was a very unique place for the Georgia Mountains and a great addition to the magic of Helen.
