Staff member that checked me out , said he could send towels they never made to us .
The staff that checked me in was very nice and friendly.
Breakfast was cold but the waiter was amazing and attentive to our needs.

It was a very nice experience , although there were only one staff when we check-in and she was helping someone for almost 30 mins , one other staff came and help us out and he was so generous and gave us free breakfast for our whole stay ( sadly we did not even have time for it ) and a free parking . Which is very nice of him. The place is in the center of Cerritos and close to lots of restaurants , groceries, etc .
Thank you Sheraton . We will come back soon !!!
