Great location spacious rooms

This is an older Best Western that is currently undergoing renovations. We were in a room that had alreday been completed. You can tell that it has been freshly painted, has new flooring and has an updated bathroom with new shower. It is nicely done.
The reception area, lobby and breakfast areas are also very nice and recently updated.
The outside of the property is in rough shape. Hopefully that wil be the next phase. Being so close to the beach and the ocean air, the paint on the buildings has taken a beating. A fresh coat of paint and new patio furniture would go a very long way towards fantastic improvements. This is a great location very near CSUMB and the beach. Only about a 20 drive to Cannery Row. Also close to restaurants, movie theaters and a shopping center.

OMG!!! Walking over the sand dunes to get to the beach is incredible, amazing view of what Earth has given us. A great start before a workday in this area.
