There was a plumbing issue for the first 3 days of my stay, but other than that, the accommodations were great.

Almost perfect in all respects. Excels as a perfect transition to your SFO transportation in or out. 24-7 airport shuttle that is reliable. I caught a 2am transport to SFO after helping some Aussie's arrive at the hotel after a long transpacific flight. Nice facilities and great location and services for SFO. Room, amenities and cleanliness great.
