Breakfasts were nice and the staff were friendly. The room was clean. We enjoyed the location.

Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. Room was not as big as seen on the photos. Pictures should reflect the actual size of the room. Breakfast was decent enough.

Unfortunately due a 'glitch' on their system I was charged twice for my room, this was resolved after a couple of days. The management emailed me with a full explanation of the problem and how they were going to solve it along with a full apology.
We all make mistakes, in the end it was their great customer care that impressed me. I'm looking forward to staying with them again.
