Staff were super helpful and nice allowing early check in by a couple hours (since a room was available) and access to their parking. Parking was tight but secure/gated. Not much of a problem with a midsize vehicle or smaller any bigger and you may want someone outside the vehicle spotting you. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Marina and fisherman’s wharf walkable. But this hotel is only a couple blocks away from the hop on hop off bus stop. I’d recommend getting a day or two pass to that. You can learn more about the city on their tour and get to many of the best spots without having the hassle of parking. I don’t regret booking here and saved a few hundred dollars and payed half parking in compared to some of the other locations.

This was a great hotel to stay at! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and so was the breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in SF.

The staff was super friendly. Amazing location- we walked pretty much everywhere. Breakfast was decent. Our room had a great view and super comfortable beds, but the bathroom was inconveniently small. And the windows were old metal storm windows that built up a-lot of condensation each morning.
Parking garage was absolutely awful. Tiny and hard to maneuver.
