Staff was amazing - rooms are small but clean. Queen bed was NOT a queen but a double. Breakfast was poor and one day they had no coffee after 8:30 even though breakfast is served till 10:00 am. Area is very central to everything but not the best area in the evening with the homeless / lots closed down you have to know where you are going. Staff at the hotel was helpful and wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Union Square! The location is fantastic, just steps away from Union Square and within easy reach of many of San Francisco’s main attractions.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a ceiling fan in the room, which was a really nice touch.
A very special shout-out and a huge high five to Fiel at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. He really went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco!
