We stayed at the fairmont hotel Macdonald twice now and absolutely love it!! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Paul would went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special including a personalized card, flowers and cake!
The property is beautiful and although they are doing quite a few renovations and the one restaurant is closed, you would hardly know.
One downside is the pool and hot tub close very early on Sunday nights (8pm). Would be nice if it was open later for guests that want to enjoy it later.

Staff was top tier, helpful and room was fantastic with the exception of a air vent above our room that kept constantly banging. Menu for in room dining was okay burger was great, ravioli wasn't but that may be a personal opinion. Tenderloin was prepared perfectly. One small elevator was annoying to the 7th floor, but all in all a good stay.

The staff were exceptional with every interaction. The room was delightful and the beds were very comfortable. Valet parking was easy and so convenient. Even with construction going on the hotel was a delight to stay at.
