Check in process was smooth and Samira was very helpful. The AC is locked and doesn’t go lower than 22.8 which is 73 f and we were so upset about it and couldn’t sleep. Pillows can be better, everything else was good. Great location we loved having the many options and the restaurant for the hotel on the water is amazing.
