Everything was good

This BW never disappoint. We have stayed here before for kids hockey tournament years back...we had last minute booking thisctime, Expedia charged a lot more but still worth it.
The place although dated, is clean and comfortable. Staff that checked us in late at night was helpful.
The room was the perfect size for us, comfortable bed, sofa bed fridge, stove, kitchen utensils, body wash and shampoo were all great.
Breakfast was plenty.
If we need to stay around Kelowna again, will definitely book this BW.

I had a ground floor room at the rear of the property, away from traffic on Hwy.97.
What I liked was a silent HVAC system and the overall quietness of the room. Everything is maintained well, and the supplied TV was fantastic. The hotel does a very good job with the breakfast buffet, which is served in an atrium style area beyond check-in, and near the indoor pool. There is plenty of seating for different party sizes. Coffee! Very good indeed. One small knock was that I would have appreciated a microwave in room. Because I traveled alone, I didn't necessarily want to go out to dinner. Walkability to restaurants from the hotel is not great, but there is a restaurant on-site, and they provide a discount. Overall, an excellent facility; I'd stay here again.
