Clean room, friendly staff and convenient location. We did not used our car until departure. We were charged for spilling coffee on the comforter. And oh! the breakfast was very good and they have varieties.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a fantastic location directly across the street from the Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, the restaurant inside the hotel was disappointing. The menu was extremely limited, and the food was served cold and lacked flavor. Another issue was that the television in the room turned on and off by itself several times throughout the night, which was a bit disruptive.
Overall, I enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness, welcoming staff, and convenient location, but the restaurant and TV issues could definitely use some attention.
