Wonderful staff, very nice rooms, air conditioned!

We were told at check in that breakfast was free. So we checked in at the dining room and proceeded to have breakfast and then the staff told us after we started eating that it wasn’t free.
There were constant noises (like a clock ticking ) throughout the night

Everything was first class. Check in and check out was very easy. Rita at front desk was excellent and accommodating to all our needs and questions. Will definitely come back here again when in florence. Great walking distance to all major attractions

The room was great, however to get the lights in the bathroom were a little tricky. You had to put your key in and then they would work. Those instructions would be helpful at check in.
