Booked for room with queen bed. Upon check in was told there were no such rooms available (even though I had booked and paid for such a room several weeks before). Had to take a room with two double beds. Check in staff said the fault lay with Expedia. Odd.

The biggest compliment that I can provide is to the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family & I. I would return for a stay for that reason alone!
