The breakfast was fresh and a large variety for the two mornings we were there. Eggs, sliced meats, cheese, fruit, bread.
The snacks in the refrigerator in the room were for purchase, not free. Be aware. I was not.

The central location is perfect. I asked for a room at the back to be quiet and it was. The staff were helpful.
There's a small gym with outdoor roof terrace. I've stayed in Puerto Santa Maria at another hotel but this location is right in the middle of bars/restaurants. It is a 10
minute walk to the terminal for the boat to Cadiz.
