Air conditioning not cold enough and fan on it only work to minimum setting. Same thing for the fridge in the room. Drinks were not cold

Small room but adequate for our needs. Great location - nearest metro station 5 mins away. Only 20mins walk from Gare du Nord. Lots of little restaurants on the same street so spoilt for choice for our evening meal. Ensuite shower and toilet. Continental and cooked breakfast included. Comparable to a 3star bed and breakfast in London.

My mother and I stayed at the hotel for six nights and had a very pleasant experience. The staff are helpful, polite, and proactive. One of them even speaks Portuguese, which was a lovely surprise.
The breakfast is quite complete, with delicious warm croissants.
The location is excellent, close to two metro stations that provide easy access to all the main tourist attractions in Paris.
We highly recommend it!

The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful if we needed anything, and patient with my broken french (they all spoke English well as well). The area was close to tourist site, food, shopping and transportation. Paris air conditioning has nothing on North America but our room was comfortable.
