Excellent beach and boardwalk views with easy beach access. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again. I was the 9th floor.

Always enjoy staying here during spring Cruise Week. This was our 3rd time staying there and the staff always are helpful and friendly. We enjoy the board walk view during the car cruise however, this year we were put on the third floor and the below patios of the other rooms were somewhat blocking the view. I brought it up to the front desk and they had no problem changing my room but I'm not one to change and possibly cause issues ill just remember for next year, especially because they would have to completely clean my room that I just stepped foot into. And honestly, at that moment i was super satisfied with the atmosphere of the hotel staff. We also enjoy the tiki bar out back, and the nearby restaurants. My two complaints is the maintenance around the hotel seems a bit lackluster. I went to step out to the balcony and the screen door fell off the track, and when opening the sliding door the handle was very loose and the lock almost seemed to want to fall off. But, if you can look by some TLC items this is a great hotel and perfect for a weekend getaway.
