Due to the July 4th holiday, cleaning staff were not working, therefore our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. We had to request towels and were told there were no more wash rags. However, the hotel was very nice and we had no other inconveniences.

Staying here was a great experience! The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept very well. The staff was helpful and I felt safe. The only downside was an unexpected $50 deposit for incidentals that took 4-5 days to be released.

Best hotel around West Chester very clean staff is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you get breakfast included. Alma and Anna are the best they will make sure you have the best breakfast experience.
