I like the property nice and clean but did not expect there was no bottle of water as a complimentary. Maybe it is not . But it’s ok I brought my own bottle of water.

Weekend stay was impressive for providing family fun on many levels. We had three rooms. The various pools were well maintained with life guards. The pirate show was great entertainment for all. It exceeded expectations. The food was average at the show, but portions large.
The grounds were well maintained with many flame trees and other flowering plants in bloom. Water features were everywhere and blended into the overall island atmosphere.
The room was clean and modern. Everything worked perfectly! Breakfast buffet variety was a plus. Jenny in guest services was especially helpful. There are multiple buildings/towers — signs guide the way and staff was always friendly and helpful. A longer stay is my only regret.

We were situated in Oceana A and the room was very spacious. The view of the gardens, waterpark, and beach was also amazing!
