iPad check-in kiosks in lobby did not work. Had heating trays stored between brick arches on the floor where I was staying. That ruined the aesthetic

I’d give the hotel 6 stars if I could. Loved everything about our stay. Helpful staff, great amenities, excellent food, central location. Planning to stay here again next time we are in Copenhagen.

Amazing location within walking distance to all major sites. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfast and bar. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Definitely would stay here again. A little pricy but so worth it.
