Clean room. No bugs. Nice staff.

The room was clean but the hotel could use a facelift. The most disappointing part of the stay was housekeeping knocking on the door at 11:00 am then again at 11:05 even though we told them at 11:00 that we were loading up to check out as if to say it's time to go, 11 means 11 and not a minute later. I have never had a property so adamant that close to check out time as they were.

Little disappointed.
Could not check in an hour early without being charged an additional $25. After check in, key did not work. Had to walk the entire building to get rekeyed.
Room had touch up work done on it...but was unfinished.
Bed had 1/2 pillows instead of full pillows
Breakfast was like participating in a child's tea party. Tiny dixie cups for coffee and juice. Flimsy cheap utensils. I guess I got what I paid for...
