Stayed for 5 nights, room service never appeared. So I didn't need to worry about tips or any other kind of staff appreciation.

Room was very clean and spacious, and the daily breakfast was excellent. One problem was that there were no elevators to the 2nd and 3rd floors which is at least 15 steps up. As seniors, the walk up with luggage was very difficult. No ground floor rooms were available. Also the outdoor stairway is covered with bird poop and need to be cleaned or shielded from the birds.

We were staying in the area and liked the options they have, nice little clean kitchenette and 3-4 grills out near the pool area, we took advantage of using these and had home cooked meals, saving money and eating good food. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we got some quarters stuck in the washing machine and they came right away and got it figured out for us.
This just worked out real good for us, we didn’t eat the breakfast nor did we use the pool or workout room, the hot tub was not working maybe the heater wasn’t working as some people using it said that it was the same temp as the pool.
Would stay here again, especially if we are staying for any length of time
