The Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic! My stay was for several days, so I did get to try a variety of the menu options. Also the Rose Park, directly across the street, was very beautiful, with huge sweeping trees and walking pathways. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely remodelled bathroom. I loved the view and a walk in the rose gardens. It was so easy to wander down the hill to the Orakei basin and the old church. Plenty of parking.

Check-in and out was very fast. The room was very clean and tidy. We chose the buffet breakfast and the food were delicious. The dining area was nice and welcoming. Also good that there was a free parking spot.
On the other hand, wifi was a bit terrible in our room. Was also hoping to see the sky tower outside our room window but there was another building (another hotel maybe?) blocking the view.
