Everything is good

The stay was mixed to be honest. The room was clean and well maintained. The common areas were a bit dated. The elevators didn't work well at times and the wait time was long. The food in the breakfast was top notch. The staff was mostly helpful but could have been more friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We booked two rooms for our family, and really appreciated that they were connected by an interior door, which made our stay much more convenient.
The location was excellent, with easy access to the MTR and nearby laundry facilities. While the hotel offers laundry service, we found it to be quite expensive. Fortunately, there is a self-service laundromat about a 10-minute walk away.
The only downside for our family was that accessing the guest room elevators was a bit inconvenient.

Great hotel , amazing location and the staff goes above and beyond any service I ever received ! Great breakfast , foodhall in the hotel also offers plenty of variety of good and value meals if you are feeling lazy and don’t want to go looking outside for your meal . The cocktail bar and terrace does great cocktails , relaxed atmosphere! Overall , a great stay ❤️❤️❤️

"We loved our stay at this hotel because of its excellent location. It's within walking distance of the Jordan MTR station, and the nearby night markets make the area even more enjoyable in the evening..."
