Clean, affordable stay. Easy walking distance to either downtown or GMHBA Stadium (for footy fans).

Best place to stay if you are going to the AFL, a nice close walk to the ground. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is really nice and comfortable.

Have stayed here many time, Staff always friendly. Unfortunately this time around bathroom standards have dropped immensely… Mould in shower recess totally unacceptable.
