Good staff

The location was perfect. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room set up is odd, as the mini fridge and coffee pot was in the bathroom.
The view from the room was spectacular. The pools were clean and the lagoon was nice. The beach chairs were old and not well kept. At least the beach ones. The ones around the pool were nice.

Pool was well maintained and not overcrowded. Swim-up bar was fun! Water Volleyball with strangers was a blast! Ocean view room was beautiful. Friendly staff and we were contacted by text nearly everyday to check in with us to see if anything was needed. Elevator needed maintenance one day, but the issue was promptly addressed. We had a wonderful time!
