Room was clean but maybe needed a bit of renovation. Hotel is great with some great views across London. Staff helpful. Food in the restaurant pretty good also.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea Harbour Hotel during our Wimbledon trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit.
The hotel itself was excellent, and having access to the pool and gym was a wonderful bonus after long days at Wimbledon. We also used the in-room dining service several times, and every meal was delicious, fresh, and arrived promptly.
The concierge and front desk were incredibly helpful with arranging taxis, making it easy to get around London without any stress.
Thank you to the entire team for making our Wimbledon experience even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London.

Good value for money. Comfortable rooms, especially when travelling as a family. Breakfast was excellent.
The baby cot they provided was terrible, and completely unusable, a travel cot without a matress. Would recomment they buy some proper ones.
