Kathleen who is I am assuming part of the managerial staff was fabulous and went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Beautiful hotel located in DuPont circle. Conveniently located. Most rides were under 10-15min. Staff were polite and personable. Breakfast was ok. Very basic. Wine hour was a huge plus. The price of this hotel is a steal. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Normandy. The staff was friendly and helpful.its located in a neighborhood between DuPont Circle and Adams Morgan. High points for walkability in an area with such a variety of restaurants. We will definitely return!
