I have found a cockroach right upon my arrival on room 2061.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. All the staff were really nice & helpful. The hotel was in a great location for us, 20 minute walk from the metro station to the airport and 6 minute walk to the metro station to get into central Madrid. The bed and pillows were comfy so we got some good sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. The room was a bit tired and in need of a little TLC but other that that everything alse was great.

Excelent value for price. The hotel itself is a bit worn out but everything clean. The pools opens a bit late through (11AM ???). The aircon in our room was not the most efficient. The hotel provides free shuttle to/from the airport
