This hotel was lovely. The communal areas are very pleasant to sit in, clean and spacious. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was great too! Being British, we would have liked a few tea bags, but this is hardly a big deal. If you opt out of having your room cleaned one day, you get a free drink at the bar for being eco friendly I guess, which is a nice touch. Overall we had a fab time here!

Breakfast was good. THE MACHINE COFFEE WAS good, but obnrequest good coffee was provided.
Room promptly made room the morning.
Check-in was poor. We had to wait until 4.30 before our room was made available. Apologies were made but no refreshments offered while we waited i the lobby
