Excellent stay here while my husband was having surgery at Sunnybrook hospital. They upgraded my room as well to the 21st floor with a spectacular view. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Towels were new and plush. Also it was very quiet. 10-15 minutes from the hospital.

The Lobby and common areas are spectacular.
Food and availability to get it was great.
Very nice buffet options each day.
The pool, tennis, games room, gym and places to walk outside are phenomenal.
They do need to invest in upgrading the cleaning of rooms. I had to ask for a room change because the washroom was dirty.
The toilet was clogged.
They rapidly offered solutions. But this is not something you want to encounter.
Next room, several of the towels I received were stained with what it looked to be make up.
There was a lot of dust behind the furniture were you plug your devices.
