Baymont by Wyndham Plano

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is very clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, making it a great place to stay with kids. The price is very reasonable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Manish at the front desk. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the hospitality from everyone here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly hotel with amazing staff at a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the area!

The rooms were clean, but there was a strong smell of Marijuana throughout the inside and outside. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast area was rude and snapped at guests. The pool was not open. The website stated there was a pool but it was closed. The Ice machine most of the time has no Ice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and cheerful.

Breakfast was always made for us fresh clean room and plenty of heat and air conditioning for the hot summer days and a cold winter nights if you ever get a chance to meet Alex he's a good friend of mine that's how I was able to beat him because he works there very caring and nice guy and very helpful and knows his job this guy deserves a nice promotion that I hope he gets in the near future very deserving kind soul . Management has worked very hard keeping the property very respectable and red of all the troublemakers that wants flooded the place I can honestly say has done a really good job cleaning the place up safe for all customers and employees with 24 hours by the local police in high tech cameras on property very safe place to stay for everyone and shout out to the rest of the staff and management for always being there for me and helping me when times were rough for me and hope to visit again soon love you guys.
