This truly is a gem of a hotel. The elegance and charm of the hotel is so enjoyable. The rooms are renovated and outfitted with modern conveniences yet retain old world charm.
The balcony overlooking Schoenbrunn parkland is soothing and relaxing.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel - very clean and polished! I loved the rooms and big windows that opened up to let in fresh air. The bar and restaurant attached were very nice as well. Staff was friendly. Location was perfect.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area- very short walking distance to Schonbrunn Palace and the zoo. Excellent breakfast and the staff was lovely.

Very nice hotel in a great neighbourhood, Hietzing near Schonnbrunn and lovely historic grounds. Although not in the centre of town, easy and convenient to reach via U bahn Line 4. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Room cleaning could be improved as night table counters were not wiped down. Overall would recommend it.
