All great, clean and comfortable beds. The only issue was the ice machine on our floor was not working. And I also didn’t like that you have to pay for parking. What?! I went to my car the next morning and had a warning on my car that hotel guests need to pay. 🙄

Everything about this hotel is spectacular, but the single thing that separates it from all others is the staff. They are genuinely friendly and very helpful.
