Hotel Des Indes - The Leading Hotels of the World

The hotel was charming. Beautiful decor. Room amenities were a bit lacking. What was particularly not expected at a hotel of this calibre was when a mouse ran under my table during dinner in the lounge. Upon discreetly mentioning it to the staff, I was shrugged off as though it was a normal experience in the hotel. Less than ideal response that raises questions around how sanitary the hotel is.

5-star hotel, well maintained, with friendly and professional staff; on-site dining, good food and cappuccino; cafe; small gym, one hour free use; centrally located in The Hague. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

This is a well located, beautiful hotel. The only problem we encountered was with the dining room The menu, the quality of the items we tasted and the service do not do this fine hotel justice.

Super helpful staff, lovely hotel, very grand and appears to have been restored/kept up to date in the original style which is lovely for an old building. Our room was huge, with a massive bed on a mezzanine floor and separate living space downstairs, with two tv’s! Everything was very clean. The spa was a nice luxury, however I feel some ambient music downstairs could have improved the atmosphere, though it was nice and quiet down there both times we visited. The location was great, within walking distance to all amenities you might need, right near parliament.
