The room and location of the hotel were fantastic. The staff were nice but often very limited in what they could do to support us during our stay. This hotel felt more like an apartment, where we were given a nice spacious room but otherwise left to our own accord.

Location was excellent for access to all public transport and to lovely Hyde Park. Staff was excellent. Having a sink, fridge, microwave was very useful for breakfasts, snacks, etc. I would definitely return!

Aside from the shower door wouldn’t stay closed all the time the hotel was nice. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Nice quiet room. Enjoyed our stay.
