We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park.
The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood the opening times, but I believed it was meant to be open until 9pm.
I can’t comment on the hotel’s food since we ate out both days in Egham town centre - really lovely restaurants and great cinema (Everyman).
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again.

Just a one night stay whilst visiting friends in Windsor.
Check in reasonably straight forward except that the first team member told us we didnt need to swipe a card and when handed over to another we did! Also as much as they were polite and talked about the facilities, they didnt listen when we said we were going out that evening! However overall a lovely stay, comfy and clean bedrooms/ bathrooms. Bfast very well catered.
