lovely warm breakfast and incredible staff

The room was very clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. Texting option made it easy to ask for additional items and ask questions.
We did not use the pool as it appeared to have a film on the water surface and smelled heavily of chlorine.

The place was clean and quiet (was on 4th floor). Was perfect place to ‘live’ during a 4day workshop.

The first night of our stay, the thermostat in our room did not work. The temperature swung from freezing to baking. If we turned the fan to "low" it blew hot air. If we turned the dan to "high", it was too noisy to sleep. Also, the clicker for the ceiling fan did not have batteries.
The front desk sent maintenance the next morning and the young man disconnected the link between the thermostat and the fan. Once that was completed, the fan worked fine on "low". The young man also added batteries to the clicker for the ceiling fan.
We ran into the young man when we were checking out and he asked if everything worked well after his visit.
Someone should be testing equipment regularly.
Other than that, the room was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than most. Parking was very convenient. The cookies in the lobby were special.
