Clean and friendly

Check in was a challenge as I was asked to try a new self check in system on a tablet. 2 staff members just stood there and watched me struggle. After a 6 hour drive in the heatwave it would be much quicker just to check me in as normal by a human rather than doing it yourself. Human interaction is disappearing!
Pool, sauna and steam room was great addition to the trip.
