Hotel room was clean and good size to accommodate that we needed room for our family of 4. Breakfast had good amount of options and was convenient. Location was great for us as there was good food and shopping nearby, and close to the metro. Only negative was that our room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and seems there was a bit of confusion about if it was ready or not. This was not too bad but was just not a great way to start our trip after we were tired from a long flight. The staff were very apologetic about the inconvenience.

Everything was excellent! The only thing i was a bit disappointed was that i asked for switching pillows since they offer the pillow service , but no one showed up although the front desk said someone would come in a few minutes. Anyway despite of that i would stay again for sure

Very good breakfast. Location a little far from the center but they have a free shuttle to take you there. The staff are super kind. We took a room with balcony what made our stay more comfortable. We highly recommend it.
