The Buena Park Hotel & Suites

The only complaint that I have about the hotel was that the floor was sticky in the room. I don’t know if it was from the type of cleaner they used or if somebody had spilled something that wasn’t ever mopped up. But other than that, everything else was great.

Good place for the night if you’re looking just for a place to sleep. 3rd time staying here in the past year, we’re a family of 5 who frequently visit Knotts Berry Farm. The property can look 10x better if they would add some flowers and mulch and pick up the over flowing trash bins. The interiors rooms are ok, some upgrades but I notices the hardware can be a small affordable fix. Looking at faded rustic bathroom hardware is kinda an eye sore. Other than a little TLC around the property I recommend it. It’s affordable and close or walking distance to some attractions .

I’m a former maintenance head. The aircon needs maintenance cleaning. The water closet floater set needs replacement because whenever you flash, the water supply does not come out automatically. I still need to open the tank lid and exercise the floater set. There was also an awful smell right in the walk-in area when we arrived. Seems a dead rat smell came from the flat iron rack. Just sprayed it with perfume before we live for a viewing. When we come back, everything is ok. But double check that awful smell in that area. Kindly please tell the management to have a supervisor to check every rooms. We enjoy our night.
