The staff were helpful and efficient. The room we had was in an area detached from the main hotel. We had to go down an interior hallway, to out an walk across a roof area, and then back into the hotel. A long walk down the hallway in the hotel, down the elevator finally gets you to the lobby. The only coffee available is in that lobby area. Management has chosen to not provide any type of coffee in the rooms. Their sign says it is to cut down on plastic waste. I didn't enjoy having to get up and get dressed right away, then walk the length of a shopping center so I could get a cup of coffee for my wife and myself. Other than this minor inconvenience, the hotel was in a good area, priced well and well-staffed. Probably won't stay here again, however.
