Ac worked, room was clean, but there is no pool like pictured. It is walking distance to the beach though. We had a good stay

The staff was very friendly and the room was good size for two people

I brought cleaning supplies and I used them. (Floors and shower were dirty.) Beds were super comfy. Only one of the two bedside lamps worked, the floor lamp did not, and there's no overhead lighting. I didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, so that was okay. Quiet, safe area, lots of nice local restaurants. Highly recommend Bay Local. Other guests were quiet and respectful. The distance from the beach was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.
