The young man at the front desk seemed quite stressed. When he asked for the ID of the person who made the reservation, I couldn't remember if I had booked it under my name or my husband's. He asked for a phone number, and when he couldn't find the booking under mine, he was quite arrogant; he immediately took my husband's number and completely ignored me, acting very unkindly and somewhat dismissively toward me. I felt terrible at that moment. However, I am writing this review so that he might change his attitude and realize he should always treat everyone with the same courtesy, regardless of whose name is on the reservation—especially since I was the one who chose this hotel. Otherwise, the breakfast staff and everyone else are very friendly, the hotel has excellent facilities, and we love the breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was super clean. The location was great as well. We could see the July 4th fireworks from the property. The pool was very refreshing as well. I would definitely stay there again.
