Friendly staff. A few minor mistakes (eg, they never sent up the extra pillow we asked for). Overall, good experience.

Great property with really polite staff. Great location. Only one suggestion for the management - there was not a single microwave on premises. Having one would definitely help just in case a guest need to warm up food, etc.
