Basic clean room. Nice to have the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Limited breakfast options for Veg/GF folks. Rooms poorly insulated for sound lots loud hallway conversation late at night and nearby room conversations including staff.

Such a great place to stay. Everything was clean and ready for us. The staff were great. Everything was close by and there is a 99 restaurant right next door.
