The Midtowner Hotel, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Overall, this was a halfway decent place to stay. The room was clean enough, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel met our basic needs, and we didn't have any major issues during our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to start breakfast a little earlier, especially for guests who need to get an early start. Earlier breakfast hours would make the experience much more convenient. Overall, it was an average stay with a few areas that could be improved such as painting the bathroom walls.

This is my 3rd time staying here and each time it’s been clean no weird smells or anything. Beds are comfy ac blows cold.

I really appreciate the man who checked me in at the front desk on 9/15/26. Customer Service was a 10/10. Thank you for accommodating to my medical needs. This is by far the best bang for your bucks if you need a place to stay near UC Davis. I felt safe around the property because there's a security and cameras around the property. You may see homeless people, but they don't bother people. They go on with their business. It really helps to have security.
