Good value

Room is what you pay for. Pretty small. Plenty of parking up front, some on back side as well as semi parking.

This property is in need of a face lift. The toilets are very low to ground, equivalent to a 3rd graders public school
height. Carpets are ripped, dirty. The complementary breakfast consists of 2 kinds of cereal, two kinds of bread, Miss Debbie (or equivalent) wrapped pastry, coffee and apple juice. The nightly room charge does not seem to equate to the conditions.
