Very helpful staff - specially Eamonn at the desk. Rooms were made up on time and well. However, we were not given our water bottles on a regular basis and the staff had to be reminded. No toiletries except for handwash liquid!

Very nice hotel, spacious room, clean and well maintained. Only issue was no storage in the bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at Cassidys Hotel. The room was great and a good size, the bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with water pressure that others have mentioned. The breakfast was buffet style which I’m always a bit dubious about but it was good quality food and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great find and we would definitely book again if we are back in Dublin.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room high ceilings windows out over the street. Only complaint is the noise in the middle of the night, but we were warned about that.
