Nice resort style hotel. Excellent pool. Close to zahara. Decent gym. Breakfast great.
A couple of annoying things:
1. Parking cost 20 euro per day. This is a lot in my opinion. Plenty of parking options just outside of the hotel. No one mentioned the cost of parking to us on arrival.
2. Costs of drinks at the bar. A tiny bottle of water and a soft drink was 7.40. Feels expensive.
The have “special” beds around the pool that are almost always empty yet they are taking a lot of prime space.
Personally I am not a big fan of dividing hotel guests into different classes when all staying in the same hotel. But for some this might be a plus.
Those are small things. Overall the hotel is lovely and rooms are decent size and the facilities are very good

Beautiful facility on the beach. Ocean and pool are amazing. For English only speaking guests, very few staff speak English.

Absolutely beautiful and well kept property, with a lively pool and huge beach stretching far along the shore. The town nearby is cute. The staff is friendly and food is delicious. Rooms are large. We would love to come back!!

We really loved this hotel. A great welcome, room was of a high standard and the standard of service was generally high.
The hotel has really thought about accessible needs for wheelchair users and we are definitely coming back.
Try the beach bar, but the buffet restaurant is good too.
One area for improvement is that the standard of food for the early evening in the Level needs improving and when food runs out, the restocking needs to take place more quickly. That did not distract from a great stay though.
